CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner complaint is that they are having several issues 2 slow draining sinks 1 toilet that is not flushing 1 toilet that they say is constantly backing up and it has flooded there house TECHNICIAN NOTES: We found the master bathroom sink on the right is very slow to drain The guest bathroom toilet is not flushing because the handle is broken The powder bathroom sink is not draining and we found there is a large crack in the powder bath sink The powder bathroom toilet is not clogged and everytime we flushed it it went down with no problem We did notice wipes on the toilet tank RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We plunged the master bathroom sink and cleared the clog We plunged the powder bath sink and cleared the clog We replaced the toilet handle in the guest bathroom toilet on the 2nd floor There was no active issue with the powder bath toilet JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
