This is a complimentary estimate to have the existing failed thermal expansion tank, and PRV replaced to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. **ANNUAL WATER HEATER FLUSH** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and is 6 years of age. I found that the thermal expansion tank has failed, and is full of water. While on site I checked whole home water pressure, and found that the PRV was fluctuating pressure as well as leaking from valve. I presented options to have both of these replaced, and the h/o elected to move forward with repairs for todays visit. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove both the PRV, and thermal expansion with no issues. I was able to successfully install brand new tank, and PRV with no issues.
