CUSTOMER STATED: not hot water TECHNICIAN NOTES: found 2011 40 gallon water heater with the pilot light out. Igniter was not working so I had to disassembly to relite the heater. Found a venting issue with heater. The vent hat is not properly connected to the water heater and has a bigger gap then it should be. Tested venting going into ceiling and it seems to be flowing correctly.
