Customer Stated: They had a toilet that would keep backing up whenever used. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the toilet is a glacier bay dual flush assist located in the basement of home. I found that the toilet was clogged, and backed up prior to my arrival. I also found that this property has a sewage ejection pump, and is on septic. The sewage ejection pump was not plugged in at all prior to my arrival. After plugging in the pump I noticed that this would trip the circuit breaker which is also located on the basement of home. The pump would try to kick on, but the circuit breaker would trip every time after about 2-3 seconds. I let the tenant know ResiPro would need to have an electrician come out to test the outlet for sewage ejection pump as it is constantly tripping the breaker. I also recommend replacing the pump as well after electrical work has been checked out. I made the tenant aware they can not use this bathroom until the pump has been replaced. Resolution: Th
