Customer States: Toilet in the upstairs master bathroom is running. Toilet is only a year and half old. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with the Delta brand master bathroom toilet. Upon arrival, water was off to the toilet. Removed lid and searched toilet for issues. Pulled flush valve and checked flush seal. No obvious issues. Toilet did not begin running until we placed the lid back on the tank. The dual flush stems that are attached to the toilet are loose and one of the stems are significantly longer than the other. The retention nuts were not secure allowing the stems to move. Resolution: Adjusted stems, secured retention nuts and set lid back on toilet. Test flushed multiple times. Checked for proper function.
