CUSTOMER STATED: downstairs water, filtration system was leaking at the union, and that the upstairs guest bathroom shower was leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: technician found that the water filtration system was leaking at the union leak due to high water pressure and has been leaking for about 2 to 3 months from the look of the condition of the union. Upstairs bathroom is leaking from the moem shower cartridge due to high water, pressure and age. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: the water filtration system will need to disassembled and the 1 inch brass nipple will need to be replaced. Upstairs Bathroom, shower cartridge will need to be replaced as well. Due to state requirements, we will not be able to make any repairs at time of appointment due to the high water, pressure and customer will need to replace the regulator first before any work can be done to the pressure system.
