CUSTOMER STATED: Toilet handle is broken and toilet constantly runs. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern with 2 toilet in the condo. Full guest bathroom toilet has a worn out flapper caused by chemical tablets and master bathroom toilet has a broken flush handle. AHS has denied the flapper replacement due to chlorine tablets being in the tank, however they have covered the cost to replace the flush handle for the master bathroom toilet. Customer has decided to replace both toilets in the home. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: While on site today we have replaced flush handle for master bathroom toilet under flat rate. Customer has signed off estimate to install 2 new customer supplied toilet for full guest bathroom and for master bathroom. JOB NOTES: Please bill card in photos for signed estimate. Building is on a shared prv. This is a high rise. No clean out. Will need to go up and down elevator to bring up new toilet and bring down existing toi
