Customer has a frozen pipe in the wall in between the kitchen and the cabinet wall. Customer had a previous contractor not provide proper services and the kitchen cabinet is exposed to the outside Elements. Technician turned off the water to the half-inch copper line, where it’s leaking inside the wall and we will make the repair once Walter comes out in properly insulates the wall. Once the wall is properly, repaired with installation, will be able to come out and replace the hose bib on return trip.
