Also spoke to customer about water heater replacement with a standard tank vs a tankless. Resolution: Installed new expansion tank and restored water. Tested for leaks and proper function. Pressure is at 45psi, measured off of the rear hose bib. Built estimate for water heater replacement and went over options with customer. He will be more interested in the summer time.
