4/4/24 Preston B. Job notes : Out today for a sold estimate to perform a cleaning on the tankless water heater located in the basement. Cleaning included flushing system, cleaning air intake filter, sediment filter, wiping down excessive condensation from heat exchanger, and blew all debris from inside the tankless. RESOLUTION : Cleaned navien tankless water heater in basement. After servicing system, I have fully pressurized and the tested the tankless for proper functions. Tankless is showing no concerns at this point in time and is Leo using hot water. JOB NOTES : Water pressure is 60 PSI from back side hose bib. JOB STATUS : Job complete CUSTOMER STATED : Tankless needs inspected, needs to up water pressure on the tank. Would also like to have the water heater serviced while we are there.
