CUSTOMER STATED: toilets are backing up onto the floor and into the tubs TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon arrival, toilets were backed up. Sewage keeps draining back down. Customer stated that it slowly drains back down. Indicating its a septic issue. No clean out available to attempt to snake. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: reported to chw that septic company is needed JOB NOTES: no clean and front hose bip is the only one we located.
