Customer stated: kitchen sink is backing up Tech notes: Upon arrival, after running kitchen sink for about 30 seconds, backs up into left side of sink. Ran 25 foot sink snake all the way out through studor vent and was unable to clear clog in drain line. Picked up drain line about 2 inches to decrease sagging in the line. And strapped under sink.
