The tenants complaint is that the guest bathroom faucet on the first floor has no water pressure I found that it first floor guest bathroom faucet didn’t have a lot of flow it wasn’t a pressure issue I tested the faucet then removed the aerator and found it was completely blocked by a sand I cleared it out reinstalled tested with no other issues I cleaned the aerator and it fixed the issue The sand could have effected the inside of the faucet body it is not showing any issues now but the faucet will need to be replaced sooner then later because of the sand Job completed No other estimates needed at this time
