CUSTOMER STATED: sewage ejection pump is not work TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection found a Liberty pro380 sewage ejection pump located in the basement, the pump is tripping the breaker every time it is plugged in. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: pump will need to be replaced JOB NOTES: submitted builders grade replacement to choice, customer would like to wait for choice’s approval. Customer had to leave before any autho or denial was received, attempted to call customer to speak about upgrades if he wants them with no success, left voicemail.
