Our last service was necessary since we ran out of Propane. My wife and I came back from being away for the weekend to the smell propane makes when the tank is empty. Tevis has been great in the past and we understand that it has been a particularly cold winter, however we should never have run out of gas. We are on the monthly plan and have never been late with a payment. Please keep better track of my levels and make sure this does not happen again.
