Tech found system standing pressures was 71 once system turned on suction drop to 30 psi and low pressure switch cut unit off. Tech informed customer of findings and educated on next steps were to perform leak search and find location of leak. Customer agreed tech found evaporator coil leaking. Tech spoke with office and found warranty had gave out in October of of 2021. Tech informed customer of findings and informed them of potential damages to the compressor due to low refrigerant and moisture. Tech called in a mandatory to give best solution to customer. Tech collected for today’s visit via check.
