Tech replaced two 14*20 filters. Tech found outdoor unit not running due to defrost board being unplugged. Tech plugged defrost board back in and tested system. Tech did not find any refrigerant leaks in Trane system. Tech found TEM6 blower wiring and dip switches are incorrect for 4 ton system. Dip switches are set up as factory default (off off off off) and compressor circuit is landed in Y1. Tech changed circuit to Y2 and dip switches to nominal 4 ton airflow (on off off off). There is evidence of moisture blowoff from indoor coil due to improper airflow. Blower motor bearings make a slight scraping noise in low speed. See video. Tech removed unnecessary batteries from thermostat. Tech was unable to duplicate described thermostat challenge. Customer also expressed doubt on mini split leaking coil diagnosis. Tech got heating mode running pressure and recorded it running in a vacuum. Pressurized with nitrogen and confirmed indoor coil leak. See video. Tech recommends replacing min
Provided estimate for replacing existing mini split and adding one in bonus area
Performed ESA on one system, main downstairs system. Began maintenance on mini split and found it to be not heating or cooling. Found system out of refrigerant, quoted customer on leak search. Customer opted to have field supervisor come out and quote new system vs making any repairs. Left system off, did not perform maintenance on this system due to diagnosis. Found no issues today with main system, system is operating properly. Will need to return with two 14x20x1 filters.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found coil slightly corroded and stained from nicotine tech attempted to clean stain but was unsuccessful.tech found no further challenges at this time. Customer is aware on findings.

Tech found od fan not spinning on condenser. Upon further inspection tech found black wire from defrost board was loose in cabinet. Technician suspected esa tech did not secure properly and with vibration wire got loose and did not send voltage to start system up. System is operating properly at this time.
Tech arrived and found lobby system not heating, tech found system tripped on rollout and reset rollout switch. Tech found system would come on and run but had weak airflow due stopped up filter. Tech replaced filter and found system to be operating properly at this time. Supply temp of 130 degrees. All is good at this time.
Pulled up master bath toilet and ran the sewer machine through the drain and cleared hair blockage from the line.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges while servicing the up stairs system at today’s visit, upon inspection tech found downstairs condenser duel run capacitor testing below spec on the capacitor side tech recommend replacement of capacitor customer approved at today’s visit, both systems are back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees Tech replaced 40mfd and 5 mfd capacitor
Tech perform preventative maintenance and service system. Tech recommended an attic tent to prevent cool/warm air from escaping attic. Customer did not invest in attic tent at this time. System is up and running with a delta T of 24.
Found all plumbing in the trailer working as it should and is draining to the outside cleanout. Somewhere between the cleanout and the leachfield is not draining properly and needs to be addressed before these people can have a working sewer. There is also no evidence of the septic tank lid being removed to inspect inside of the tank to see the working condition of the tank and lines coming into the tank and lines going into the Leitchfield.
