Tech found blower running at air handler in MCC room but condensing unit had no 24v call. Tech found 3 amp fuse blown at blower control board in air handler, Focus Pro 5000 display was still on due to batteries in thermostat. Tech found small nick in 24v wire at contactor that has rubbed against metal and wore through causing a short. Tech wrapped wire in electrical tape and replaced 3 amp fuse. Tech restored power to system and tested, system is back up and cooling. No other low voltage wire has any shorts as tech ohmed out wiring. Billing out for repairs.

Tech found indicators of water marts on conduit and wood above the flex indicating leak is from roof tech did climb on roof did not find and indication of holes or punctures tech did find on some sealed areas the seal was cracking tech did inform customer of finding unit is operating correctly at this time

Tech thoroughly cleaned and inspected both systems. Upon inspection tech found one year old 45MFD run capacitor at Trane condensing unit for main system testing very weak. Tech replaced under warranty at no charge, tech found no further challenges. Both systems are cooling properly at this time. Customer extended PSA on both systems for one year two visits, tech collected $606.34 by card.
Tech performed ESA on system. Tech found no challenges or concerns. System is running properly at this time. Customer extended ESA agreement with card. Service titan did not allow tech to fill out ESA form.
Upon arrival tech found failed 1 1/2 pole contactor at Comfortmaker gas pack for receptionist area. Tech replaced contactor after approval. System came on properly, upon further inspection tech found R22 pressures low. Customer opted to charge system with 2 pounds of R22. Tech added two pounds to get pressures within spec. System is back up and cooling, tech recommended replacing system if anymore issues occur. Billing out for repairs.

Tech found system running upon arrival, Don stated the unit quit cooling the day before. He also stated the auxiliary drain pan had water in it. Tech found drain clogged causing water to backup in to the drain pan. Tech cleared the drain line and when accessing the coil to clean pan it was found to be frozen up. Tech deice coil and found system low on ref. Tech added 2 lbs 8 oz of R-410 to get get charge up. System needs to be set.
Tech found the the drain clogged up at gaspack on the roof. Tech cleared drain line, drain pan and flushed with water. Clogged drain caused condensation to spill over into the return ductwork and drip on to ceiling. Ductwork is ductboard.
