Great Service

Excellent Service!

I had an issue with my heating and the technician Romario Torres was here within the hour! He was very knowledgeable and an awesome guy to work with. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. I am highly satisfied with the service that was provided. I will be using their service again and suggest them to anyone who needs their unit serviced!

Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Gas Pack- tech serviced and cleaned system, found high head pressure before cleaning. Tech cleaned system and found pressure running at normal spec. No further challenges at today’s visit tech left filter at door.

Tech performed PTU on 1 system. Hp split- Tech serviced and cleaned system, found dual run capacitor tested weak and compressor contactor burnt and pitted. Customer approved repairs and signed up for MPA system cooling properly at this time with 18 delta t.

Upon inspection tech found weak fan capacitor. Capacitor is rated for 20 mfd but tested at 17 mfd which is below normal operating range. Tech approved to replace capacitor. Tech has attached photos to invoice.

Upon arrival, Maintenance Manager told tech that paint crew knocked down Air Handler to Split System #4. Maintenance did raise Air Handler back up but line set was damaged along with electrical being ripped out. All refrigerant leaked out of System. Tech spoke with office and was advised that Install Dept will have to reach out and give solutions.

Tech verified prior diagnostics before moving forward with the repairs. Tech found the system to be 4.5lbs overcharged above factor charge (13lbs). line set is less than 25ft. Outdoor Piston was clean, indoor TXV, bulb secured. Tech adjusted the blower speed from a 2.5 ton to its corresponding 2 ton speed tab. Replaced the filter dryer, Pressurized the lines with nitrogen and purged it thru the system. Pulled vacuum below 500 microns. Tech charged the system with 9.6lbs of R410a refrigerant and added as needed while opera 2nd stage. Adjusted the refrigerant levels per the chart provided by carrier. Delta T of 19 degrees, system is removing humidity at a decent rate. Tested the system operation for an additional 20 minutes and pressures were stable based on temperature. System is back operating. Tech asked the home to monitor haw the system performs as hot weather approaches. Refrigerant levels may or may not need fine adjustments.

Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Electric furnace- upon inspection of coil tech noticed oil spot, tech leak searched coil and found leak as well at Schrader valve at condenser. Tech meg tested compressor and found it reading bad, tech informed customer and field supervisor coming out to verify. Customer opted to add leak freeze, replaced Schrader valve and charge system. Tech completed all repairs system cooling with 20 delta t. Customer is moving to rosewood soon renewed plan next visit will be at new house.

Tech liquid line slowly rising but suction line staying steady tech found subcooling was rising giving indication of over charged tech removed 2lbs of 410a and systems started cooling but liquid line started rising slowly again as well. Tech suspects the indoor metering device is starting to get clogged. Te h recommend returning and removing all 410a blowing out with nitrogen to insure not debri n the lines then pulling a deep vacuum then charging it back up with the appropriate amount of refrigerant. System is cooling temporarily will return in the morning to perform repairs.

Performed ESA, homeowner was not home at the time of maintenance. Tech service and washed unit, no issues at todays visit.

Upon arrival tech was informed system was not cooling. Inspected system and found it completely void of R410A Freon. Pressure tested with nitrogen and found leak at housing of reversing valve. Field Supervisor is returning tomorrow to go over best options due to system no longer under warranty.

Tech did not get a Y call to unit from thermostat. Tech jumped unit out and it came on. Tested 40/7.5 dual capacitor and found it reading 11% weak at 35.7uf on HERM side and 30% weak on FAN side at 5.3uf. There is no common wire connected behind thermostat. Tech replaced AA batteries for testing. No change. Tech found Yellow wire broken. Tech connected Black instead of Yellow for Y circuit and connected Blue for common instead of having batteries. System is back cooling after swapping thermostat wires. Burners lit in heat mode, but took 2 tries. Burners need to be cleaned. First visit in six months. Wants to alternate services upstairs and downstairs. Each system once per year. Replaced capacitor and collected for repairs.
