Excellent Service!

I had an issue with my heating and the technician Romario Torres was here within the hour! He was very knowledgeable and an awesome guy to work with. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. I am highly satisfied with the service that was provided. I will be using their service again and suggest them to anyone who needs their unit serviced!

Customer had concerns with cool air coming from foundation vents. Inspected return/supply line that was replaced with system. Did not find any disconnected areas or holes. Did find airflow challenges due to pinched return in (2) places. Removed/re-positioned straps and duct returned to proper shape. Supply ducts are within underpinning. Underpinning has multiple areas with holes and is not in the best shape. Thermostat is reading high humidity as well. Customer uses their own gauge which reads correct humidity. Thermostat is picking up false readings due to being placed on wall where both sides of mobile home meet. Customer is aware and is okay with leaving the way it is. Pressures/changeover well within specs. No further challenges found.

-Customer’s existing thermostat is getting proper low voltage but constantly rebooting and not functional. Tried removing thermostat which worked last time, but did not get thermostat to boot up properly. Customer requests replacement of new thermostat. -Provided estimates for Focus Pro basic thermostat or Vision Pro Programmable thermostat. Customer requests install Focus Pro. -Found cause of short on thermostat. Blower control board infested with roaches. Observed sizzling and low voltage fuse blowing at blower control board. Provided estimate for replacement of board. Customer approve replacement of board. -System now cooling properly. Billing for variable speed blower control board and Focus Pro thermostat. Customer should have area treated by exterminator.

Low delta T of 9 degrees, high suction pressure and Norma/low head pressure, tech checked p the operation of the reversing valve and it appears to be operating properly. Compressor does have a loud noise, low amp draw of 4.8amps and high suction pressure indicates poor compression. Compressor is bad. Tech spoke with the homeowner about the findings, went over options and decided to decline a field supervisor visit and would like to just replace the out of warranty R410a compressor. Costumer also approved investing into Monthly Premium agreement. System is cooling but not properly. Need to order a compressor. Costumer Prefers to perform the compressor replacement on a Saturday if possible.

Upon arrival tech noticed system not working properly and found primary and secondary drain pans full of water tech unclogged line and pump water out of secondary drain pan tech found no other challenges at this time.

Performed CMA Full Service on system 2. 2 challenges are currently present on this system. 1 - the air handler is off level causing water to pool up in the drain pan. To fix this the system needs to be levelled. 2 technicians are required for this. 2 - the fan capacitor was testing weak. It is rated for 7.5 mfd and 6.76. Since this is under warranty there is no charge to replace. Tech did not have 7.5mfd capacitor available on the truck. A 10mfd capacitor was used until we can return to put a 7.5 on the system. System 1 - this system has been down since our last visit. Issue is pertaining to the disconnect at the air handler. Given the nature of this challenge, and previous notes, the system has been down and will remain down until this can be addressed.

Upon arrival tech found condenser not running, dual run capacitor was dead tech replaced after approval and repaired burnt wires. System back up and cooling with 18 delta t bill for work.

Upon arrival customer stated split system isn’t cooling thermostat is calling but system isn’t getting any power. Field supervisor is being sent out. Tech pulled blower on downstairs unit found bacterial build up around blower housing. Tech washed and serviced units and found no other challenges at this time. Customer applied a $25 gift card. Customer paid for tune up and agreement with separate checks. Customer invested in PSA 1 system.

Upon arrival tech found system running but void of refrigerant. Added nitrogen to system to try and locate leak, nitrogen leaked very quickly indicating large leak. Tech found no leak at condenser or line set indicating a leak at evaporator. Unable to access evaporator coil as it is made into duct. Field supervisor came out to verify. No charge per recent visit.
