Excellent Service!

I had an issue with my heating and the technician Romario Torres was here within the hour! He was very knowledgeable and an awesome guy to work with. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. I am highly satisfied with the service that was provided. I will be using their service again and suggest them to anyone who needs their unit serviced!

Tech did not get a Y call to unit from thermostat. Tech jumped unit out and it came on. Tested 40/7.5 dual capacitor and found it reading 11% weak at 35.7uf on HERM side and 30% weak on FAN side at 5.3uf. There is no common wire connected behind thermostat. Tech replaced AA batteries for testing. No change. Tech found Yellow wire broken. Tech connected Black instead of Yellow for Y circuit and connected Blue for common instead of having batteries. System is back cooling after swapping thermostat wires. Burners lit in heat mode, but took 2 tries. Burners need to be cleaned. First visit in six months. Wants to alternate services upstairs and downstairs. Each system once per year. Replaced capacitor and collected for repairs.

Tech found upstairs system void of refrigerant. Tech pressurized system and found outdoor coil distributor has rubbed on discharge line and leaked entire refrigerant charge. Tech let office know of findings. Mike Acree is running mandatory. Customer chose repair. Tech flowed nitrogen while brazing leaking distributor tube and replaced filter drier. Separated remaining tubes with foam tape. System passed nitrogen pressure test at 200 psi and standing vacuum test at 280 microns. Tech recharged system with 10 lbs 8 oz of new R410a plus 9 oz for 30 foot line set and tested system. No further issues found.

FOUND SUCTION PRESSURES SLIGHTLY HIGH, AND VERY LOW SUPERHEAT UPON ARRIVAL. BLOWER SPEED TAPS WERE PREVIOUSLY MOVED FROM 3 TON, TO 2 TON SETTING BASED ON HISTORY. SET CFM TO HIGH TO INCREASE 2 TON TAP SPEED, AND PRESSURES STILL SLIGHTLY OFF. MOVED SPEED TAP TO 2.5 TON SETTING AND NORMAL SPEED, PRESSURES STABILIZED WELL WITHIN SPECS. SYSTEM UP AND COOLING.

Tech washed and serviced both units and found no challenges at this time tech did find humidifier condensate line to be backed up tech cut and installed union and used nitrogen to clear line water is now draining properly. Customer extended 2 sys PSA via card 736.16

Tech washed and serviced unit and found pull out disconnect to be in ruff shape after tech pulling disconnect and reinstalling compressor and fan would not come back on tech pulled disconnect again to inspect and found that the copper tab has completely come apart having another tech stop by after lunch with new pull tab. Tech recommended replacing Uv bulb customer was not interested at this time. Tech found no other challenges at this time.
