Inspection found the furnace doors were install incorrectly. The burner (louvered) door was installed over the blower compartment (pictured). This was allowing outside air to be pulled into the system, increasing humidity to the house. Tech corrected the door configuration, inspected the evaporator for proper installation. Tech fixed challenge with door access to coil by securing supply plenum under coil door instead of over door. Refrigerant pressures measured were found to be out of range. Suction pressure is low but superheat and subcooling are high, and system is not cooling correctly. Tech diagnosed the TXV faulty on the new coil. Jerry is placing order for new TXV, will contact customer when repair ETA is known. Warranty.
