Tech found the duct flex connected, airflow was coming out of the vents on both sides of the mobile home. Tech checked the performance of the system and found normal pressures 138/302, 19 degree temperature difference. System system reaches 75 degrees set point. Costumer stated that they had insulation and water damage to the floor. Found the fan on continuously ON position, recommended to keep it on auto. Tech educated homeowner about our ESA plans and would like to discuss it with her husband first before making a decision. Emailed ESA form for them to review.
