Resolution upon arrival tech found that place was close call customer to get approval to due service tech got approval from customer. Tech inspect unit serial# RTU1 Tech found rust on coil recommended replacing or better replacing unit due to age and rust compressor amps 7.60 fan motor amps 1.76 blower motor amps 2.67 blower good. Tech also found cracks on blower belt recommended replacing it. Tech also recommended to have a full service done next service visit due that unit needs some cleaning inside it will be good until next visit. Also tech didn’t change air filters because no one was here to open building spoke to office and customer and agree to came back to change filter. Unit operating correctly at this time. Came back 2-2-23 to replace air filter because they were close the day tech done inspection on system.
