Manager gave tech information for contact Ngaire Hubbard nhubbard@scnbnc.com. Kitchen system was calling for cooling, but nothing on system was running. Tech found no voltage inside 3 phase disconnect due to 125 Amp breaker being tripped inside back breaker room. Tech locked out disconnect and ohmed both compressors. Tech found them both reading continuity to ground in the megohm scale. Ohmed blower motor and read 2.5 ohms to ground. Got no ohm reading to ground from outdoor fan motors. Uploaded pictures. Fuses are not blown. Tech tested 3 phase voltage with line rotation test on Fieldpiece SC680 meter and found rotation reversed. Would need a 10 mm Allen key to loosen lug inside disconnect and switch phase rotation. Need to verify phase rotation before restoring power to unit. Need to quote needed repairs. Both compressors and blower motor. Tech billed for service call. Tech recommended licensed electrician inspect building electrical, especially line voltage to RTUs, and sign o
