Tech was informed kitchen unjt was no operating and laundry room unit keeps freezing up to check both while here tech found kitchen unit serial #0673 was calling for cool but had no power to disconnect tech traced back to panel in mechanical room and reset breaker 50amp which was off tech then tested system and found compressor amp was 11.98 within specs tech believes someone accidentally cut off breaker. Tech then checked laundry room #4101 pressure and delta t of laundry room unit found 112/283 with a 16.7 delta t unit needs to be maintenance before we can further diagnose unit
