1 frozen evaporator coil on system #4 kitchen with aux pan full of water, and thermostat buttons malfunctioning on the kitchen system. Tech left fan on to de ice coil over the weekend. Low delta T after evaporator coil cleaning, further diagnostics required. Thermostat is set on cool almost all year long. System #2 recommends replacing 10+ year old, mercury style thermostat is present. R22 system. System #3(laundry room) has no R22, tech found unbrazed copper piping within the evaporator compartment. due to age and possible high repair bills, tech recommends replacement system replacement. System #10,11are old R22 style refrigerant units. System #13 is an old R22 unit, outdoor fan slightly over amping by 0.3. System #12 old R22 system is down. Tech suspects system has been down for some time due to its conditions, wiring has been messed with at the air handler, incorrect fuse is blown, suppose to be a 5amp instead of 15amp fuse. Recommended system replacement to avoid high repair bill
