Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 17 Split Systems and 1 Air Makeup unit. Systems #1, #8, #10, #11 are still down from previous diagnoses on 8/29/23 and 10/4/23. Recommendations and Quotes have been sent previously. System #3 is down due to multiple challenges with blower motor, blower control relay and etc. Due to age and multiple challenges, tech recommends replacement system. System #5 is down due to failed blower motor module. Tech has attached estimate to invoice for replacement. System #2 is operating at this time but blower motor is operating over listed FLA, due to age and cost of repairs tech does recommend replacing system. Tech has attached estimate for repair to invoice for cost comparison. Systems #4 and #16 are in need of blower capacitors, tech has attached estimates to invoice for repairs.
