Performed inspection and replacement of bathroom sink faucet with new fixture, including repair of non-functioning cold water valve. Access panel was created to properly service the plumbing infrastructure, revealing copper and PVC piping configuration that required attention. Successfully installed PRIER valve to resolve water flow issues.
