Friends and family inspection home was in beautiful condition. Everything looked great.
I was called to a home to repair an electrical issue. The homeowner reported that the lights in their home were flickering and the power was intermittently going out. I arrived at the house and began to investigate the problem. I found that the electrical panel was overloaded and needed to be replaced. I replaced the panel and tested the system to ensure that it was working properly. The homeowner was very grateful for my help and was relieved that the problem was resolved.
