Performed scheduled maintenance on 25-year-old Bryant 80% furnace. Cleaned dirty blower wheel and documented system age. Informed homeowner about system condition; husband performs repairs as needed. Replaced air filter during service.
Diagnosed toilet not refilling after flush; discovered frozen and leaking 1/2" CPVC supply line. Replaced damaged section with new 1/2" PEX pipe, installed new shut-off valve and supply line to toilet, and connected to existing CPVC via 1/2" Sharkbite coupling to restore proper function.
