Conducted assessment for thermostat relocation request. Customer's antique Honeywell thermostat (3-wire system) is mounted on a wire bracket. Determined that relocation would be challenging due to need for drilling through wood and drywall. Will provide customer with relocation price quote via email.
Responded to service call for leaking outdoor spigot. Diagnosed issue with defective shutoff valve controlling exterior water lines. Replaced old valve with new ball valve to restore proper function and eliminate leak.
