Performed furnace tune-up on both HVAC systems as per maintenance agreement. Changed all air filters and replaced the Aprilaire humidifier pad. Both furnaces (including the Rheem unit) were inspected and confirmed to be operating properly with no issues identified.

Inspection revealed burners in good condition requiring no cleaning, while blower wheel required maintenance. Completed thorough cleaning of blower wheel assembly, reinstalled components, and verified proper system operation through functional testing with clamp meter.
Air conditioning tuneup complete. Both systems are working well with no issues. Filters replaced today.
