I called in the morning and they couldn't get there until 2pm, but when they showed up Liam found the problem pretty fast and he had the part on the truck. Everything was great except I wish they could have gotten her faster. It's fixed and I would call them again.

Responded to no heat call for 18-year-old furnace. Diagnosed intake vent obstruction due to frost and snow accumulation. Customer had already cleared blockage prior to arrival, which restored proper operation. Performed visual inspection confirming furnace functionality. Advised customer about keeping intake vent clear, particularly due to vulnerable location under deck, and recommended scheduling annual maintenance.
Responded to no-heat call where furnace was not turning on. Upon arrival, system was operational but diagnostic testing revealed a faulty pressure switch. After thorough evaluation, recommended replacement of both pressure switches to prevent future failures. Customer approved service, and replacement parts have been ordered.
Responded to warranty service call for boiler maintenance. Replaced oil nozzle on existing boiler system located in basement utility room. Performed operational testing after installation to verify proper functioning of the heating system. All systems working correctly upon completion.
Performed annual PM service on oil boiler system. Changed oil filter but deferred nozzle replacement due to non-standard size requirement on Weil McClain unit. System inspection showed proper boiler temperature/pressure readings and normal pump operation. Addressed customer concerns about discolored domestic water, explaining this was unrelated to boiler system and likely due to stagnant water in pipes. Will return to complete nozzle replacement with correct size.
Conducted comprehensive drain inspection and maintenance service throughout residence. All interior drains were successfully cleared through snake/augering process and verified to be operational. Identified main line as the source of primary blockage, which was left for Roto-Rooter service as pre-arranged with customer. Customer was informed that interior drain systems were functional but that main line requires additional service.

Installed new shower valve to resolve valve leakage at shower assembly that had caused significant mineral buildup and water damage to surrounding tile. Additionally, installed new valve for laundry tub on lower level as requested.
Diagnosed no heat complaint on Ruud furnace less than 5 years old. Found limit switch tripped due to plugged air filter from ongoing basement construction. Cleared filter, reset furnace, and verified proper operation after extended run test. Quick inspection of heat exchanger confirmed no visible issues.

All electrical components were checked and verified proper system operation with 55° temperature rise. System is functioning correctly with no issues identified.
Addressed warranty issue with exterior HRV ventilation system. Found mesh screen had fallen out due to vent hood becoming unclipped. Reinstalled screen, secured vent hood with screw, and applied caulk to prevent future detachment. Also inspected secondary hood as requested - all components now properly secured and functional.
