Performed water treatment system assessment for customer whose current water softener was failing and leaking (currently bypassed). Inspection of utility area revealed exposed plumbing infrastructure with existing water filtration components. Evaluated installation requirements considering current PVC piping configuration and meter setup in partially finished utility space. Provided comprehensive estimate for new water treatment system replacement.
Performed annual furnace tune-up on unit of undetermined age. Replaced dirty air filter with customer-provided new one, cleaned flame sensor, and advised customer on proper air exchanger maintenance. Identified humidifier pad requiring replacement and provided homeowner with replacement options. Recommended regular filter changes every 30-90 days.
Fixed electrical meter clips that were bent and the meter wasn’t holding correctly. Was able to re-bend and align the clips as it looks like someone or something hit the meter and caused the bent clips as they were bent all the same direction.
This system is now operating properly. The gas line leak has been repaired and tested. Manager is going to reach out to center point and have gas turned back on.
