They showed up on time and did a a good job of cleaning our furnace air ducts but it did take a little longer than I thought it would. But they did clean up really well after themselves. I would definitely call them for future service work on our Trane furnace and air conditioner.

Performed comprehensive plumbing inspection with focus on faucet systems. Identified and cleared debris blockage at fitting where washer and shower drain lines connect, which was causing shower drain backup during washer operation. Augered drain through laundry room standpipe to ensure proper flow. Inspected stainless steel kitchen sink installation and shower stall faucet assembly for proper function.
Replaced outdated shower valve with customer-provided new unit. Removed existing valve and associated piping, then installed and secured new valve through wall cavity. Conducted pressure testing to verify proper operation with no leaks.
Completed burner assembly replacement on Ruud furnace. Disassembled unit, installed new burners, reassembled and verified proper operation with good flame pattern and restored heating function. System now operating normally.
Responded to service call for non-functional humidifier. Discovered front cover was not properly secured, preventing electrical connection. Reattached cover completely, restoring normal operation of the humidifier. Verified Aprilaire humidity control system was functioning correctly after repair. Addressed additional homeowner questions regarding HVAC system operation.
Responded to no heat complaint on 10-year-old Lennox furnace exhibiting fault codes 270 and 299. Diagnostic testing revealed intermittently sticking gas valve preventing proper gas flow. Successfully replaced faulty gas valve, restoring normal heating operation and system functionality.
Responded to no-heat call where furnace would not start. Diagnosed stuck open limit switch due to homeowner forgetting to change filter after recent sheetrock work. Inspected heat exchanger (no defects found) while limit switch was removed. Noted significant rust on burners and in blower section/furnace deck, likely from previous AC condensate drainage issues. Provided estimate for replacement burners and discussed potential furnace replacement options with homeowner.
Responded to no heat complaint in home with 10+ year old furnace. Diagnosed system with cycling issues and plugged filter caused by ultrasonic humidifier. Inspection revealed severe corrosion and deterioration of heat exchanger and burners. Customer approved estimate for burner replacement and parts order was submitted.
Inspected aging boiler system with leaking in-floor heating pump manifold at connection points. Identified blue sealant failure on KISSCO manifold with PEX distribution pipes. System is approximately 10+ years old with multiple obsolete components. After consultation with customer and colleague Dylan, recommended full boiler replacement and repiping due to system age and condition. Scheduled service advisor visit for replacement options and pricing.
Responded to warranty service call for condensate leak. Identified wet furnace filter and rust residue caused by improperly pitched chimney creating backflow. Performed necessary rework on chimney components to correct drainage issue and ensure proper condensate flow.
Responded to no heat call for 12-4 NG Gibson furnace. Diagnosed open limit/rollout switch fault with furnace sitting cold. Found main limit switch with abnormal resistance (4-5 ohms) showing signs of overheating, and capacitor measuring 2 μF despite 5 μF rating. Noted additional issues including oil-leaking blower motor, dirty blower wheel restricting airflow, evaporator coil buildup, and intermittent burner ignition. Assessment suggests oversized furnace (80,000 BTU) for the home's ductwork system.
Performed scheduled maintenance tune-up on IBC HC boiler system that provides hot water and serves as backup to geothermal system. Cleaned heat exchanger thoroughly as part of Family Rewards agreement maintenance. Inspection revealed system in good working condition with no issues or problems identified.
Diagnosed 13-year-old Comfort Maker furnace making unusual burner noise and identified failing combustion blower bearing. Inspected heat exchanger and noted suspect areas but no current penetration. Advised customer against investing in replacement parts due to age of unit and common heat exchanger failure pattern with this model. Scheduled service advisor visit for replacement options.
Performed preventative maintenance service on Lennox EL296UH070XE36B furnace. Comprehensive tune-up included verification of ignition sequence, burner operation, and proper airflow. Conducted electrical testing using clamp meter and completed full safety inspection. Unit is functioning efficiently with no operational concerns identified.
Responded to a call regarding inconsistent water pressure issues in basement plumbing system. Upon inspection, found significant sediment buildup in the 5-year-old pressure switch component of the Wells system. Removed old switch and installed new 4060 pressure switch to restore proper system function and consistent water pressure.
Diagnosed Hot Dawg heater with pressure switch error code causing intermittent operation. Found plugged pressure switch hose, cleared obstruction and restored proper pressure sensing. Performed comprehensive system inspection with all components verified in specification. Unit now functioning properly with normal heating operation.
