They showed up on time and did a a good job of cleaning our furnace air ducts but it did take a little longer than I thought it would. But they did clean up really well after themselves. I would definitely call them for future service work on our Trane furnace and air conditioner.

Accessed electrical components, replaced thermostats and elements to restore proper heating function. Provided customer with options for both repair and replacement of the unit.
Inspected RTU with suspected compressor issues. Verified compressor windings tested good, but identified abnormal operational noise indicating impending internal mechanical failure. Compressor was temporarily operated for diagnostic confirmation. Parts request submitted for replacement compressor estimates per customer's request.
Performed comprehensive furnace maintenance as part of biannual agreement service. Conducted full system diagnostic including electrical testing with all components operating within specifications. Serviced flame sensor, verified clear drainage hoses, and installed customer-provided electrostatic filter with proper cleaning instructions documented on ductwork. System functioning optimally after service.
Responded to emergency water leak call at client's property, gaining access via lockbox #1022 located on deck post. Upon inspection, discovered multiple pipe leaks in basement that were too extensive for immediate repair. Performed leak check after repair, restarted furnace, and verified proper system operation. All components functioning correctly following service.
Performed routine maintenance on 10-year-old Amana furnace. Completed comprehensive tune-up including flame sensor cleaning, electrical component testing, heat exchanger inspection, and condensate line verification. All components operating within specifications with no compromises detected in heat exchanger. Provided replacement filter for future use and discussed potential smart thermostat installation options.
Responded to a leaky toilet issue reported by customer, which investigation revealed was caused by clogged lines resulting from improperly graded sewer pipes in poor condition. After assessment, provided a comprehensive solution that included complete re-piping of the affected plumbing system. Documented the repair area showing corroded copper pipes with significant oxidation in the crawlspace/basement and deteriorating concrete foundation surrounding the plumbing infrastructure, all of which was successfully replaced with new PVC piping to restore proper drainage function.
Completed furnace tune-up service including cleaning flame sensor, verifying proper condensate drainage, and checking electrical components. Confirmed system operation with 50° temperature rise and appropriate gas pressure settings. Customer advised to contact us if AC tune-up is desired in spring.
Replaced defective fill valve and flapper in toilet experiencing constant running issue. Water level now properly regulated and continuous water flow stopped. Flush system fully operational with no leaks observed.
Performed annual boiler maintenance service including heat exchanger cleaning using zip tie method and water spray. Ran diagnostics in both low and high fire modes confirming proper operation. System shows signs of age with moderate debris accumulation in heat exchanger and audible roughness in circulator pump. Verified condensate pump functionality during service.

Confirmed proper gas pressure with 60°F temperature rise during 15-minute operational test. System functioning within specifications; customer advised of incoming replacement filters.
Responded to service call for malfunctioning 9-12 mini split not cooling. System was operational upon arrival with acceptable charge levels, but inspection revealed unit not ramping up to high speed. Diagnosed primary issue as completely plugged indoor fan wheel restricting airflow. Customer declined professional cleaning service and opted to perform maintenance themselves.
