From time I called Hurlburts you could tell that not only do they care about their customers but they have some great systems! The technitian came out and diagnosed everything, he found that the fan motor was bad and recommended that I consider a new heatpump be cause mine is pretty old. Andrew, the sales person came over taht afternoon and gave us some different option, they credited the rapair off the cost of the new systme and we even got 12 months same as cash finaning!

Performed scheduled maintenance on geothermal system including temperature readings, pressure verification, and component inspection with all systems functioning properly. Conducted thorough inspection of G32 gas furnace including heat exchanger examination, flame sensor and condensate cleaning, with no defects identified. Serviced steam humidifier which exhibited frequent flushing cycles due to ongoing water conductivity issues, and performed maintenance on separate oil furnace including nozzle and filter replacement.
Responded to no-heat complaint on dual electric/oil furnace system. Diagnosed failed electric plenum heater with burnt contactors and 24V coils as confirmed by visual inspection. Customer has been relying on oil furnace for heat. After discussing repair options, customer elected to discontinue electric heating repairs in favor of converting to LP due to high utility costs from electric heat usage. Scheduled advisor visit for LP conversion consultation.
