Estimates for installing washer and dryer connections in lower level mechanical room.
Tested both sides of the sink by load testing multiple times, and it drained well each time. The disposal has water and food sitting in it because it’s not being cleared; each time we run the disposal the sitting water in it goes down. The dishwasher itself has water sitting in the bottom, not fully clearing, but it is sitting well below the screen and in the sump area. The dishwasher is stuck in an error cycle and will not reset. To test whether the drain line is linked or clogged we forced water into the bay and ran it; the water cleared aside from the same area below the filter screen and in the sump area. Since water is not clearing this area we believe it is a sump issue and not a drain line or plumbing issue. This is still being reviewed as a dishwasher issue.
04/11/25 Rob J II Today we installed a new Watts washing machine, shut off valve, rebuilt the main floor, toilet, and snaked the upstairs shower drain. Checked for leaks; no leaks were detected.
Water is draining fine through the kitchen drain; we were unable to cause a backup. Noticed the Samsung dishwasher is throwing an error code regarding moisture. We pulled the bottom plate and were unable to identify any water issues. Advised them to contact a Samsung repair technician or appliance tech.
Completed a dehumidifier installation in a residential home, optimizing the unit for peak moisture control and air quality. I carefully assessed the placement to ensure efficient airflow and drainage, preventing future humidity issues. The system was tested upon completion to ensure it was working properly.
Completed a faucet installation in a residential home, replacing an outdated model with a modern, water-efficient fixture. I shut off the water supply, removed the old faucet, and installed the new one, ensuring a secure fit and proper alignment. I then tested for leaks and confirmed smooth water flow.
The customer reached out to report that their furnace was cycling on and off every few minutes without providing adequate heat. Upon arriving at the home, I used my manometer to check the gas pressure and discovered it was lower than the manufacturer's specifications. After adjusting the pressure and checking for any gas leaks, I tested the system again. The furnace began to operate correctly, providing consistent warmth throughout the house. The customer was grateful for the swift diagnosis and effective repair.
