Replaced leaking 2017 A.O. Smith electric water heater that showed significant tank corrosion and floor staining at base. Customer accepted replacement estimate after inspection confirmed tank failure. Also inspected toilet with intermittent leak history, which had previously resolved itself.
Responded to no-cool complaint for 7-8 year old AC system with tripped breaker. Diagnostic testing revealed a drained capacitor on fan side while compressor tested good. Replaced defective capacitor, reset breaker, and verified proper system operation by checking refrigerant levels, wiring, and coil. System restored to normal cooling function.
