Successfully installed customer-supplied kitchen faucet, connecting to existing plumbing system. Completed setup of customer-provided under-sink reverse osmosis water filtration system and connected it to the kitchen faucet. Additional work included replacement of existing garbage disposal with customer-supplied unit, utilizing the existing electrical and plumbing connections.
Completed annual furnace maintenance per agreement, including inspection of all mechanical components and amp draw measurements. Identified inducer motor drawing higher than rated amps (2.34A vs rated 2.25A) and documented significant rust/corrosion on interior burners. Discussed system replacement options with homeowner, who confirmed previous consultation with comfort advisor regarding necessary system upgrade.
Completed annual maintenance service on 5-year-old HVAC system as part of recurring service agreement. Replaced faulty inducer motor which was causing noise issues during operation. Also replaced non-functional humidifier to restore proper humidity control capabilities to the system.
Completed comprehensive kitchen plumbing overhaul including installation of customer-supplied kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, replacement of under-sink plumbing components, and reinstallation of RO filtration system with connections to refrigerator and integrated kitchen faucet. Responded to no hot water call for 20-year-old 40-gallon natural gas water heater. Diagnosed unit as failed with active leak (confirmed corrosion and rust in tank), as well as separate leak from adjacent water softener system. Provided replacement options for both failed units.
Responded to a warranty call for a dripping lavatory faucet that was recently installed on 9/16. Diagnosed issue and replaced the original Delta faucet cartridges with OEM Delta cartridges to resolve the dripping problem.
Completed the installation of a freeze-proof hose bibb with up to 15' of PEX tubing in a medium access location to prevent spigot freezing during cold weather. Installed new outdoor spigot with dedicated shut-off valve and connected the customer's drain line to their bathtub.
Furnace maintenance job for a residential customer. The furnace was not working properly, and I diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and tested the furnace to ensure it was working properly. The client was thankful for the service.
