Performed routine tune-up on 14-year-old Ruud furnace system which was operational upon arrival. Diagnosed non-responsive Honeywell thermostats on second and third levels; discovered disconnected red wire and restored connectivity. Main level thermostat (newer Honeywell with color display) was functioning properly. System now operating correctly with balanced temperature control across all zones.
