Diagnosed a 5-year-old Lennox AC unit with a failed compressor. Testing confirmed compressor windings shorted to ground inside the Copeland Scroll compressor. Warranty status is being verified and customer will receive a repair quote via email. Complete system inspection was not possible due to the inoperable condition of the equipment.
