Performed scheduled furnace tune-up on approximately 10-15 year old unit. Conducted combustion analysis testing using UEi C161 analyzer with readings of O2 15.1%, CO 11p, and CO2 3.3%. Identified and replaced dirty air filter to improve system efficiency and airflow. Noted two long nails near starter and fuel source which were addressed during service.
