Responded to complaint of insufficient heating due to weak flame signal. Diagnosed restriction in gas flow caused by spider web in orifice within burner assembly. Performed cleaning of affected components, verified proper gas pressure, and confirmed intake/exhaust were unobstructed. System now operating with normal flame and proper heating function.
