Performed annual maintenance check on 1-year-old Lennox furnace system. Inspected all components and found all parameters within specification except for significantly clogged air filter. System otherwise functioning properly. Customer advised on filter replacement schedule to maintain warranty coverage and will self-replace filter. Scheduled follow-up AC tune-up for spring.
