Responded to no-cooling complaint on 10+ year old Nordine system. Diagnosed failed capacitor with no output on fan side causing compressor to run without condenser fan operation (resulting in buzzing noise). Installed new capacitor which restored proper fan function and cooling operation. Unit returned to normal cooling performance immediately after repair.
