Performed scheduled maintenance inspection on 19-year-old furnace. System is functioning but inducer motor is operating out of specification with excessive noise. Identified need for inducer replacement and provided customer with quote for repair. Noted presence of wood-burning fireplace as primary heating source and potential interest in future boiler installation for basement heating.
