Responded to emergency water intrusion call for basement flooding. Upon inspection, identified failed galvanized main water line beneath basement floor as source of leak. Observed approximately 2-3 inches of standing water throughout basement with visible wall damage. Customer referred to well company specialist for subsurface pipe replacement and remediation.
