Responded to no-cool call on 2-3 year old Lennox HVAC system in rental property. Diagnosed failed low voltage transformer in furnace that had caused complete system failure, likely related to partially clogged AC condensate drain line that had been leaking into the furnace. Replaced transformer, cleared blocked drain line to ensure proper drainage, and verified all system functions were restored to normal operation.
