Responded to no heat complaint with diagnostic testing revealing pressure switch code on Goodman furnace. Discovered inoperable inducer motor receiving no power from control board, compromised heat exchanger seal with visible hole, and blower motor leaking oil with excessive dust accumulation. System was tagged out as unsafe to operate and replacement options were presented to customer including new heat exchanger, blower motor, and control board.
