Performed comprehensive maintenance service on 5-year-old FRP system including furnace and AC units. Furnace service included cleaning flame sensor, flushing condensate line, inspecting heat exchanger and blower wheel, and verifying proper electrical components. AC maintenance revealed weak capacitor which was replaced under warranty (previously serviced for same issue); coil was flushed due to dirt accumulation. System now operating efficiently with proper temperature parameters (50°F rise for furnace, 20°F drop for AC).
