Responded to service call for Lennox G61MP furnace with airflow issues. Inspected heat exchanger and found no defects, confirmed condensate was clear, but identified severely rusted burners requiring replacement. While heat exchanger appears unsooted despite observed flame issues and blackened exhaust pipe, provided customer with replacement options for both components.
