Diagnosed no cooling issue on a 2-year-old system. Found disconnected low voltage wiring at the control board with no Y and C connection. Removed aftermarket C-wire adapter module that was causing communication failure, then rewired the system with direct connections from original wires to a Honeywell T4 thermostat instead of the Nest. System now functioning properly with both cooling and heating operations confirmed.
